Firm Overview
Founded in 1997, Sampson Law is a small law firm devoted to protecting the rights of individuals-and never insurance companies-in personal injury cases. We represent clients statewide in cases involving nursing home neglect, car accidents, truck accidents, product liability, premises liability and workers’ compensation.
We have built our practice, and our reputation in the legal community, upon our willingness to aggressively litigate cases and take them to trial whenever necessary. In fact, the Kentucky Trial Court Review has repeatedly listed Jeffrey T. Sampson among its “Most Prolific Trial Attorneys in Kentucky” over the past decade.
Jeffrey T. Sampson attended the University of Louisville School of Law. Upon graduation in 1992, Mr. Sampson joined a law firm, where he represented a variety of clients, including large insurance companies. Jeff formed his own law firm in 1997, and since that time has focused his efforts exclusively on representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases.
