Keith Poynter

M. Keith Poynter was born in Louisville, KY on November 13, 1973. A graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2011, Keith received honors for his outstanding litigation skills in advanced trial practice. Prior to law school, Keith earned a B.S. in Justice Administration from the University of Louisville where he graduated cum laude. Keith is a member of the Louisville Bar Association, American Bar Association and is admitted to the Kentucky Bar. As a former account manager in the insurance industry, as well as a former police officer, Keith brings a diverse professional background to his handling of client issues. Certified in Advanced Crash Investigation, as well as Traffic Crash Reconstruction, his experience is invaluable when dealing with opposing counsel or insurance adjusters. Keith and his wife Stephanie are members of Southeast Christian Church, where they attend with their son Matthew. In his spare time, Keith enjoys boating, water skiing, and coaching youth sports.
