Posted on December 7th, 2013 No Comments

A Louisville Metro police officer was among the four people who were wounded in a car accident that occurred at around 11 a.m. on Thanksgiving, November 28, on Interstate 264 in Kentucky.

According to MetroSafe officials, a police officer was in the process of helping a motorist attending to his vehicular emergency at mile marker 4 near Bells Lane when a car heading west slammed into the police cruiser.

The collision resulted in four individuals, including the policeman, two other adults, and one child, being transported to a nearby hospital to receive medical attention for their slight physical injuries.

Experiencing a car accident can be traumatizing, as not only will you be exposed to physical harm, but you will also have the additional burden of having to pay for often expensive medical bills. We at the Louisville-based Sampson Law Firm understand how difficult going through this situation can be, and we believe that you should not shoulder the injury expenses from an accident that you did not cause. Call our offices today at 502-584-5050 to find out more about your situation and how we can help.
